How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us via email at team.evergoods@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9119114739.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately. However, you may refuse delivery upon arrival, and once the order is returned to us, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Timelines: Refunds are processed promptly, with the amount typically reflecting in your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method.
Note : In case of cancellation of COD order the COD fee will be non refundable.
Evergoods Return and Replacement Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: We don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- Missing/Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete.
Replacement Criteria:
Original Packaging: The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with intact labels.
Unboxing Video: Provide an unboxing video showing the product’s condition when received. Additional requirements:
- Photos of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label.
- A short video showing the issue.
- Images of all received products from 2-3 angles, plus the invoice.
Replacement Process:
Write to our team: Email our Customer Support at team.evergoods@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order ID, request details, and the required evidence.
Review & Pickup: We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days.
Replacement: Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll ship your replacement within 24-48 hours.
